Meetings:1st Thursday of Every Month, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Catawba County Public Health (Check the 2012 Meeting Schedule for current meeting dates)

Access to Care was formed to address the number of adults age 18-64 living without health insurance in Catawba County. The Medical Access for Catawba County (MACC) program was established through this committee and is now fully administered by Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry (GHCCM).

This coalition is currently addressing other ways to improve access to specialty care, prescription assistance, and preventive screenings in Catawba County.
