Catawba County Health Partners, Inc., (CCHP) is dedicated to generating positive, sustainable impact on priority health issues through community action. Using the Catawba County Community Health Assessment (CHA) as a guide, Health Partners serves as a community focal point to help identify needs, mobilize resources, facilitate collaboration, bridge gaps and coordinate community-wide efforts toward improving the most critical health issues in Catawba County.
